Point that need improving:
- Spending money. High spending for me is link to food and over eating. Stop over spend will help with fixing the food issue.
- The last 2 days of the week was when I didn't just drink water. I will fix that this week.
- Fasting I had okay days and bad days. The best day I got to 20hrs but then turned to emotional eating. I will be working on this and fasting is one of the tasks that need the most improvement.
- I only missed one walk this week so I just need to keep it up.
- I am still finding a balance for some of the other tasks but in time I will find the best combination.
