October Challenge

 The October challenge starts in October and ends once the goal is achieved there are rewards and punishments for point scores. You set tasks that you give point scores to these add up at the end of the day and determine if you get a reward or punishment, some rewards have to be for the end of the week and have streek conditions.

My Challenge

My Goal:
To reach my goal weight of 50kg to 45kg. I am currently 65kg so that means I would have to lose 15kg to 20kg for the challenge to end.

My Tasks:
  1. 5am walk I have from 5:00am to 6:00am to get a walk in the walk mush be 30min+ to count. If the walk is still completed but not in the set time frame 5p is taken off the point score for this task. If more then one walk is completed in the day no matter what time it's an extra 5p for each walk. Point score = 15p
  2. 10,000 steps per day must be achieved. For every 1,000 steps after is an extra 2p. Point score = 10p
  3. Drink only water. If any the drink is high in calls then it's an extra 10p penalty. If it's low cal then 5p. Point score = 20p
  4. Fast for 24 hours plus. Breaking fast before the 24 hour mark will have a 15p penalty. For every 1 hour after the 24hour mark, it's a bonus 5p. Point score = 50p
  5. Journal entry. The day must be logged in the challenge journal. if a voice recording is done on top of this it's a bonus 5p. Blog updates also give a 5p bonus. Point score = 10p
  6. Stay positive = 15p
  7. Take medication and Brush teeth 2 times a day = 15p
  8. Bed time is 9:00pm ever day except if work or other unavoidable events happen but as soon as I get home after straight to bed. If screen are used the penalty is 10p. Point score = 20p
  9. Spend less than $10 . This excludes unavoidable cost such as travel, pet food and bills. If over $10 was spent every $1 after has a 5p penalty. Point score = 25p
  10. Weigh must be recorded once every 14 days. a penalty of 10p is applied if weight is not recorded at least once in the time frame. if weight is taken more then once in that 14 day frame it a bonus of 5p. Point score = 15p

Bonus points can be earned through extra task that are painted for that day only and don't repeat the next day. The bonus tasks and there points are allocated on the day and are tailored for that day.

Rating System:
Perfect = 145p plus
Excellent = 140-135p
Very Good = 130-125p
Good = 120-115p
Acceptable = 110-105p
Okay = 100-75p
Not Great = 70-50p
Unacceptable = 45-0p
Failed = 0p to any negative numbers after.

Rewards and Punishments:
145p+ = all rewards combined plus a trip to the arcade with a $100 budget. = A
140-135p = New tech of some kind not too expensive. = B
130-125p = New tattoo or pricing. = C
120-115p = $40 spending money =D
110-100p = New keychain or small accessory. = E
99-90p = Cold shower for 3 days.
89-80p = Can't sit for 12 hours unless you have to. If you can stand you must. 
79-70p = Can't wear a jacket for 24 hours. Long sleeves are fine and on rainy days a raincoat is allowed.
69-60p = Drink only warm water for 24 hour. If you can have warm water it's what you have to have.
59-50p = No alcohol for 1 month.
49-40p = No dates for 1 month.
39-30p = 1 30min hit workout
29-20p = 1 extra walk has to be 30mins plus.
19-10p = 2 hit workouts 30min each
9-0p = No tech except for work or when you need for communication. No recreation
-1 to -10p = No vaping for 3 days
-11 to -20p = Can't see my boyfriend for 1 week
-21 to -29p = Can't see my boyfriend for 2 weeks.
-30p+ = All the punishments combined.

Some punishments have time limits attached to them these can stack. Rewards can also be saved and then used for a bigger reward later. Also at the end of the week if all day have rewards the a keychain is earned.

Reward Criteria:
A= 7 days in a row. Each time the reward is received the streek time increases by 7 days.
B= 5 days in a row
C= 4 days in a row
D= 4 days in a week (doesn't have to have a streek)
E= 3 days in a week (doesn't have to have a streek)
