So far so good. I am not hungry or craving anything. I get 10p soon. Yay!!
I had to restart a fast as I put my self in the position where I ate shit that is now after some reflection a trigger food.I will be losing 100p at the end.of the day. But I my be penalised for my actions.Time is 9:41am. Having work is really going to help keep boredom at bay.4 hour mark passed.Time is 2:50pm. 6 hour point. 1/4 from 24hours.I can do this.I had some craving while leaving work but with some will power I was able to get through it. Still strong. Time is 6:30pm. I am feeling good and not craving anything. Yay.
