I woke up and looked in the mirror. I cried and thought to myself "I hate this I look like shit and feel like shit. I am one fat fuck. I am changing now."

My BMR= 1,500cal
My Current Issues Holding Me Back:
- overeating
- eating when bored
- junk food
- alcohol
- lack of exercise
- laziness
- other peoples influence
- Laxative use makes me binge
What to do:
- start with a water fast.
- Then only small amounts of food.
- only low cal fruits and vegetables. Must be fresh.
Day 1= Fast
Day 2= Fast
Day 3= Fast
Day 4= Fast
Day 5= 200cal
Day 6= Fast
Day 7=400cal
Then repeat 11 times.
Calculation: very ruff
1kg=7,700cal
0.13kg=1,000cal
BMR= 1,500cal
Daily activities burns= 600cal
(BMR will go down so I will factor that in)
BMR reduction per 1kg=10cal
1 week/ 7 days:
(1,500+600)×7= 10,500cal
400+200= 600cal
10,500-600= 9,900cal
9,900÷7,700= 1.28kg per week
11×10=110cal
9,900×11=108,900cal
108,900-110=108,790cal
108,790÷7,700= 14.12kg
67-14.12=52.88kg
This is the weight I should be by the new year.
I will then have 2.88kg - 7.88kg left.
7.88÷1.28=6.15 weeks
New BMR= 1,400cal
1,400+600=2,000cal
2,000×7=14,000cal
14,000-600= 13,400cal
13,400÷7,700= 1.74kg
1.74×4.6=8kg
So by the end of February 2025, I should reach my ultra goal weight of 45kg and in January 2025 have hit my goal weight of 50kg.
So roughy 16 weeks or 3 to 4 months.
Today is 17/10/2024 16 weeks from now will be 6/2/2025. I will hit my goal.
